David Tennant Filming at Caerlaverock, Dumfries
Caerlaverock Castle, about 7 miles south of Dumfries, was teeming with stars, actors and film crew today. Kelly McDonald leads in ‘Decoy Bride’, along with Dr Who number 10; David Tennant. Alice Eve (from Sex in the City 2) and Michael Urie (from Ugly Betty)
The one-day film shoot is part of a filing schedule which has taken the crew to the Isle of Man, as well as locations in Scotland. Anita Anderson, make-up artist with the crew, explained to Drivetime presenter, Mark Smith, that the film is a romantic comedy, about David Tennant as a groom-to-be and KellyMcDonald, who’s employed as a decoy bride.

Great to see this happening, only a pity that Scotland wasn’t able to be home to the whole film because the Isle of man came up with a better offer.
