History of Annandale and Eskdale Business
The Annan Museum is asking for photographs, publicity material or paintings of Annandale and Eskdale businesses from the last 200 years(including up to the present day).
In particular we would be very interested in images of the employees of shops and manufacturers around the area. Perhaps it is a Christmas party or a float in a Common Riding parade or even a shot of the shop front. The only criteria should be that the business is locally owned. The images will form part of the museum exhibition which celebrates the community spirit and forward thinking of the Rev. Henry Duncan.
The exhibition starts on the 8 May, so please get your images in quickly. Digital images can be sent as jpegs to annera@dumgal.gov.uk.
