New fitness programme for Mid and Upper Nithsdale

As the nights grow darker and you begin to feel a nip in the air, your first thought might be, to head home and hibernate, but don’t be tempted, get your trainers on and join us at our fitness classes. You’ll notice the benefits both inside and out and will leave the re-energised.
With so many classes to choose from you’ll be spoiled for choice. You can get your legs and heart pumping at one of our Studio Cycling classes or maybe you’d prefer to be put through your paces at our Boxercise class? Whatever class you choose you can be sure of a workout that’s safe, effective, motivating and enjoyable. So what are you waiting for? Get yourself along to one of our classes.
