Here’s a piece of culinary creativity or catastrophe? You decide!

Ratatouille

Olive oil

Large Onion

Bacon chopped

Garlic (optional)

Fry it all up

Add:

Tinned tomatoes

Tomato Puree

Tomato passata

Spinnach – (Chop or rip up the spinnach)

Stir up the gloop

Add smoked saugage – chopped and sliced

Add baby potatoes chopped and partly boiled

Add chic peas, chilli or anything else and a pinch of cinnamon

Season to taste

The match of the year … it’s this Wednesday night and we’ll be there. Our new antenna or, to be more precise, antennae (there are two of them) are now fully installed, calibrated and tested. FM service is back to normal, on 107.3FM and first indications are a significant improvement in coverage, with much more consistent reception in the whole area.
