Scotland’s First National Pass It On Day
Scotland’s first national celebration of all things reuse will take place on Saturday 5 June, 2010. This is a day to get out there and pass on your unwanted items for others to use, pick up a bargain for yourself, do some swapping, and to simply discover what’s going on the world of reuse and why reuse matters.
Christian Care for the Homeless will be holding a Pass it on Day where almost anything can be passed on or swapped. We will also be having an open day at our furniture depot, providing in conjunction with Youth Alive refreshments and a tuck shop. There will be face painting and refreshments available. This will take place at Christian Care for the Homeless, Shirley Road, Dumfries, 10am – 4pm
