Police in Sanquhar have renewed their appeal of a stolen motorbike that was taken from a garage in Penpont sometime between 17.00hrs on Thursday 16 and 10.00hrs on Sunday 19 January.
It is a maroon auto cycle with a villiers engine, single saddle seat and peddles. It is valued between £300-400. It was stolen along with a grit sandblasting kit, gas welding kit and a Bosch drill.
The bike is quite distinctive and police are keen for members of the public and any local bike specialists to keep their eyes open or if they see it or are offered the bike to contact police.
Constable Scott Graham from Sanquhar said: “The motorcycle was in need of some repair to bring it up to road standard condition.
“It is requested that the public contact police if they know the whereabouts of any of these items. Please call us on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
