Presenter/Production Training

For all budding presenters – here’s our key training package to give a grounding in the following:

• Inventing your radio show
• How to put it together
• Thinking about the audience
• Basic presentation techniques
• Interviewing skills
• Editing and packaging for radio – vox pops, features and interviews
• Working as a radio sidekick – how to dovetail with a presenter

In the Alive Studios complex at the Convent, Maxwell Street, Dumfries at the following times over19th – 21st June as follows:

Friday 7.30pm – 10.30pm

Saturday 9am – 12noon

Saturday 12.30pm – 2.30pm

Saturday 8pm -10pm

Sunday 8pm – 10pm

Come to as many of the sessions as you can. Our trainer is Mike Rimmer – Author and Broadcaster from Crossrhythms Radio in Stoke on Trent.
