Criffel Creek

Criffel Creek is the only place to hear all the Bluegrass classics on Alive 107.3FM from new to old every Sunday from 11am with Paul Lyttle.

Paul Lyttle
Paul Lyttle presents “Criffel Creek” every Sunday between 11am and 12noon. He particularly loves bluegrass and old timey music and gets the chance to hear bands playing this great music at the Moniaive Michaelmas Bluegrass Festival every September … because he’s the Artistic Director of the festival and books the bands! Now he plans to share them with you on Alive 107.3FM.

  1. SARAH & THE ROMANS loves You

  2. Congratulations Paul on a great programme 19.04.2015. I particularly liked you featuring the role of African- Americans on the banjo on The Smithsonian album and also loved the The New Ballard’s Branch Bogtrotters, who I need to check out. Their fiddler had echoes of the late Ralph Blizard from Tennessee with whom I was privileged to play when he visited Scotland.

    Keep up the good work!

  3. Thank you so much for playing our new CD, “West!”
We’re crossing the pond in just a week to play a handful of UK gigs. The closest ones you y’all are in Glasgow on 30 April (first day of the tour) and Haile, Cumbria on 10 May (last day of the tour.)
All the best from NYC, and we’ll see you soon!
