Tolbooth Arts Centre: Fresh Faces
An Exhibition by Students of Dumfries and Galloway College, May 26th – June 13th, 2010
‘Fresh Faces’ is the appropriate title of a new exhibition which has just opened in the Tolbooth Art Centre, Kirkcudbright. The ‘Fresh Faces’ are those of the group of students from Dumfries and Galloway College Creative Industries Department who will be showing a variety of work produced as part of their courses at Dumfries and Galloway College.
This covers the fields of ceramics painting, illustration, print making, 2D and 3D design, visual communication, animation and photography in all its forms.
The exhibition is also ‘fresh’ in the sense that this is the first time the Dumfries and Galloway College students work has been exhibited in the Tolbooth Art Centre, or Kirkcudbright for that matter – and hopefully it will not be the last.
The exhibition runs in the Tolbooth until Sunday, June 13th. Opening times are Monday to Saturday 11am to 5 pm and 2-5pm on Sundays. Admission is free.
