Paul and Liz, are new presenters here at Alive 107.3
They recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, their love of music got them in to doing radio, they love all types of music especially 60s 70s 80s right upto today.
Liz and Paul moved to Annan last year to look after their grandchildren.
The show will compromise of some chat daft wee quizzes, plus the best music in the afternoon.

About the presenter:
Bill learned guitar at an early age, then graduated to keyboard playing in a local band in clubs and theatres in southern Scotland and the north of England. Since his retirement from playing live, he has now turned his passion for music towards radio. He has been at Alive for nearly 8 years and really enjoys the challenge of “live“ radio.

About the presenter:
I have always been a huge music fan but especially the 80s which was my era, but I like music from the 50s right up to modern day, I have many favourite artists/ bands a lot of whom I have seen live over the years from the Spice Girls, Westlife, Sir Tom Jones, to The Eagles etc etc I could go on and on, so rather varied and I’m hoping to see more live acts in the future ( I have a scrap book with all my ticket stubs ) I was a DJ for a few years at private functions in my early twenties, so I am delighted to be back DJing but on a local radio station at Alive Radio.

The Awesome Mix Radio Show is a 2-hour weekly show hosted by Emma Scott, heard bylisteners around the world.
It brings together recent releases and well-known tracks, spanning rock, pop,country,indie, dance, folk, and everything in between. A place for fresh finds, classic tracks, and independent artists alongside the biggest names in music.
Each week, a listener gets to choose their favourite 80s and 90s track, in the Awesome 80s and Awesome 90s feature. Emma also plays a “Lost Gem” which is a song sheloved back in the day, that doesn’t get enough airplay.
She’ll also have the occasional guest in conversation, some acoustic and live tracks, and the chance for independent musicians to get their music played on the show.
